Your data also saves to the cloud automatically whenever this device is online and signed in. Keep a backup file somewhere safe — if this device's browser/app data is cleared, the on-device copy is lost and only what already synced to the cloud can come back.
⚠️ Sync Problems

When the cloud copy and this device disagree (for example, stock was changed on another device), the change is kept here for you to see instead of being lost silently. Fix the record on the relevant screen, or contact the seller if you are unsure.
Change Admin Password
The admin password protects expenses and pharmacy details. It is not a login and can never issue product keys. Enter it once per session — after that, expense and profile actions stay unlocked until you log out. Changing the password itself always asks again. Stock changes no longer need the admin password.
Admin Password Recovery Setup
Set two security questions. You will get a one-time recovery code — print it or write it down. If you ever forget the admin password, the seller can reset it with that code.
